Texas SandFest is the largest native sand sculpture competition in the US. It's a 3 day long event where families can see amazing sculptures by renowned sand sculptors. The challenge was to create a type focused design with a hand done font or a computer altered font. During the creation of this design I took inspiration from the beach the festival was held at and created a hand drawn type by drawing over an existing script font with a marker.
